Altec Lansing Freedom True Earbuds, Truly Wireless

What is definitely the hottest rend to make its way through 2016 and onward in 2017 is the ability to completely untether yourself. Soon you’ll be able to do so with Altec Lansing Freedom True wireless earbuds.

Altec Lansing Freedom True Earbuds, Truly Wireless

The cable-free buds feature a small rectangular housing that’ll sit outside the ear while a small tip inserts into your ear canal and a sport fin secures it into the folds of your ear. The housing features small controls on the housing trim to answer and end calls, adjust the volume, and skip back and forth between tracks in your music.

When it comes to the build, Altec Lansing Freedom True wireless earbuds are built with an IP grade of IPX7. This means the headphones are essentially waterproof and can be submerged in a meter of water for up to 30 minutes.

These buds are said to sport a wireless play time of 5 hours with an additional 3 or so in the charging case. If that’s the truth, 6 hours on a single charge has to be one of the longest run times in a pair of truly wireless buds. Most tout a mere 3 hours.

Thanks to Bluetooth technology, the buds can deliver balanced audio produced by their 10mm drivers over a range of 100 feet. For a cost of $149.99, buyers will get Freedom True wireless earbuds with three sets of ear tips and a charging cable. You can purchase the buds at AltecLansing.com or Sam’s Club.
