Packaging

iClever keeps the packaging on the BTH20 very simple. The buds are shipped in a small rectangular cardboard box along with a charging cable, spare tips, and spare sports fins.

Build & Design

iClever BTH20 has a simple build made primarily for function. The cylindrical-shaped ear bud housings are fixed with silicone tips and sport hooks to better secure the buds in your ears. At first, the housings seem a bit large in my hands, but once placed in my ear they fit quite comfortably. And, thanks to those ear hooks the buds aren’t going anywhere. I have a tragus piercing in my right ear which basically forces out any earbud that dares to try and share the tiny crevice that is my ear canal and those hooks make it possible for both to sit in harmony. Also, for those who do not like the ear hooks, they are removable.

Each housing is connected to the other via a thin yet sturdy cable fixed with an in-line remote and microphone. Overall, the entire frame is simple to wear and extremely lightweight, you might just forget you have them on.

Lastly, these buds are built with a special nano-resistant coating making them sweat resistant which means they can withstand your most intense workout in the rain.

Features

While pairing the BTH20 users can expect to be greeted by a friendly voice assistant indicating you’ve turned on the buds and successfully paired them with your phone. Once the earbuds are turned on, the remote can be used to answer and end calls, switch back and forth between tracks, and pause and play your music. When it comes to battery life, you can expect about 8 hours of use while taking about 2 hours to fully rejuice.

Sound

The sound is good. The headphones deliver your lows, mids, and highs across the board without any problems. The bass has a small amount of emphasis on it that is enough to give the bass-heads what they need while still appeasing those who prefer neutral-sounding audio. The low end has a nice bit of depth without sounding shallow while the mids are pronounced and the highs sparkle above it all. Overall, a pleasant listening experience and what you’d expect for earbuds below the $50 mark with wireless capability. However, let me be clear. These buds get the job done. They give you good sounding audio over Bluetooth. They aren’t audiophile-grade, but you get clear audio that doesn’t bury the mids.
