Jack your iPhone 7 – Wired to Wireless Headphones in Seconds

They say necessity is the mother of invention and the designers at Podo Labs saw the need for iPhone 7 users to be able to make their favorite wired headphones into wireless. It’s called Jack and it promises to make any wired earphone wireless in just seconds.

Wired to Wireless Headphones in Seconds – Jack Adapter by Podo Labs

The Jack adapter by Podo Labs is a pretty simple concept. It’s a small device that can clip to your shirt with a 3.5mm headphone jack. Simply turn on your Bluetooth in the settings of your smartphone and pair with Podo Jack. Once your paired you’re all set to stream high quality wireless audio from your smartphone or mobile device. Use it with those earbuds you’ve had for years or even you’re favorite pair of over the ear headphones. The Jack adapter works with any pair of low impedance headphones or even a speaker with a 3.5mm input. And it’s not just for iPhones either. This snazzy wireless adapter works with any Bluetooth device. Smart TV’s, car stereos, smartphones, tablets, iPads, computers… seriously anything Bluetooth.

One very interesting feature of the Jack wireless adapter is you can actually pair it up with another adapter and share music streams. Simply sync 2 Jack adapters to a single Bluetooth player and you can share your favorite music playlist with a friend. The Jack uses AptX CSR which is a part of a Bluetooth standard that implements high quality audio via the CSR8670 chip.

The Jack by Podo Labs is available to pre-order on Kickstarter in two colors and can even be purchased in a bundle. The bundles range from $25 to $999 and include all sorts of goodies like in-ear monitors, a carrying case or even multiples.
