iFi Audio will not rest until every signal passes cleaner and purer than ever before. This time they’re ensuring a solid signal between a USB audio chain. Meet iFi iPurifier3.

New Reelase iFi iPurifier3 for Cleaner, Purer Sound via USB

iFi iPurifier3 has been designed with new features that improve upon the usability and performance of the previous versions. This iteration is fit with acclaimed noise-cancelling adapted from military radar defense technology. Touted as the cornerstone of ever-improving iFi USB audio technology, ANC works by creating an inverse sound wave to the surrounding noise, subsequently cancelling it out, and resulting in a muted background up to 40dB. This works for any incoming noise.

As for outgoing noise, iPurifier3 is also built with what is called three-in-one reclocking technology. This system re-clocks, re-generates and repeats the USB audio data stream. It eliminates jitters so that music flows better (and sounds better, duh). This works with REblance removing the DC offset in a USB audio signal to “rebalance” it. As iFi explains, this noticeably decreases the threshold of background noise and helps to achieve an overall noise reduction of 40dB on the input signal and a leveling from 100mV to 5mV on the audio band through the USB signal.

iPurifier3 is also equipped with OS-CON capacitors that have low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR), excellent noise reduction capability, ideal frequency characteristics and a long life span.

There’s also tantalum polarized electrolytic capacitors which have superior frequency and stability characteristics, giving them a super high volumetric efficiency in addition to high precision MELF resistors and new copper-alloy shielding.

iFi iPurifier3 retails for $129 USD.
