Released: NightHawk and NightOwl Headphones from Audio Quest

Just a year after Audio Quest galvanized its customers with the release of NightHawk Headphones, the California-based company added to its glittering connection of headphones with the release of two new headphones last week.

While one of them: the open-back NightHawk Carbon could be categorized as an extension of its predecessor, it is the closed-back NightOwl Carbon which has raised eyebrows.

Talking about a large number of headphones available in the market, customers often complain of sound ringing, resonance, and oscillation. However, thanks to the hidden vents – which are located close in the proximity of both ear cups, it is safe to say that these headphones have taken care of this problem.

In an effort to improve the headphones’ plugs – which make direct contact with the ear, Audio Quest has used tellurium copper as the material of construction. Consequently, with a better contact point, these headphones will make less noise.

As for the comfort level, the Company has once again shown its technological prowess. From shortening the cable length – which would prevent kinking of the wire, to making the earpads and headphones more comfortable, Audio Quest has left no stone unturned in its pursuit of ultimate comfort for the listeners.

Moreover, while an average customer might suggest otherwise, Audio Quest is of the opinion that its open-back NightHawk Carbon is a more advanced version of its predecessor. In addition to being more sophisticated, mature, and better refined, this new version offers improved performance, provides greater comfort, and is far more durable.

However, if reading the above paragraph suggests that the newer version has completely divorced the features of its predecessor, the extraordinarily low distortion, and fatigue-free sound are the features which the open-back NightHawk has retained from its predecessor.

Both these headphones will be available later this month both on Amazon as well as on the Official Audio Quest website.
