Coming to you from France is Tilde, selective noise cancelling earphones aimed at tuning the noise out and tuning what you’d like to hear in.

Tilde Selective Noise Cancelling Headphones

Tilde is built to become a part of your everyday routine. Whether traveling, hoping on a call, or even working in a collaborative open office, the headphones are meant to seamlessly become part of and improve your day. To be honest, sometimes working in a collaborative office can be difficult. However, Tilde makes sure you can put the office chatter on mute without sacrificing the other benefits of an open work space. These earbuds are the first of its kind to turn active noise cancelling technology into noise management technology in real-time. With the simple move of a slider, the wearer can adjust the amount of noise cancellation they allow through the buds up to 30db. An even cooler, and very necessary feature, for working folks is the directional Talk-in-Noise patented technology. This feature allows the wearer to quickly tune-in and handle business by enhancing the voice of the person directly in front of them while still blocking out ambient noise. However, when you want to let the ambient noise in, Tilde’s internal technology is wired to diminish distortion so the natural environment is heard without sounding muffled.

The hands-free device is also made to be worn for extended periods of time. Tilde features a flexible neckband and comfortable earbuds with interchangeable ear tips. The buds are also suitable for working out as they are sweat resistant with an IPX of 5.

When it comes to calls, the earphones use Bluetooth 4.2 to maintain a quality connection with your cellphone while employing AAC codecs as well as 8 microphones to ensure a crystal clear listening experience. In addition, the buds are able to pair with up to two devices at a time. When it comes to music, the earbuds should sound pretty good as they are employing two high fidelity balanced armature drivers.

If Tilde seems like your kind of headphone head over to Kickstarter to grab a pair at the Super Early Bird Special of $159 USD.
