Campfire Audio is back with what is sure to be one of this summer’s biggest IEM releases. What is being called the Trifecta, is set to be the boutique designers’ biggest departure yet, with Campfire aiming for it to bring forth the next generation of their high-end designs. It has been a while since Campfire introduced a new model to its luxury market, it being years since the release of the Solaris and Andromeda, and now the Trifecta is looking to reintroduce Campfire to the high-end market.
The Trifecta seeks to envelop the listener in rich, towering waves of sonic impact. Optically clear nylon housing provides a window to its internal components, revealing three 10mm ADLC diaphragm dynamic drivers with gold-plated cases. Individually vented drivers face one another in a unique triangular configuration, their performance enhanced by an acoustically tuned chamber. Together these three custom drivers can potentially create a breathtakingly massive sound.
Debuting with Trifecta is a reimagined cable collection from Campfire Audio. Silver Plated – High Purity Copper ribbon cable with 2.5mm, 3.5mm, and 4.4mm terminations.
