New Release V-MODA Forza Metallo Earbuds

V-MODA Forza Metallo

About two weeks after the release of the V-MODA Crossfade II Wireless, the company has released a pair of Bluetooth buds. Meet V-MODA Forza Metallo Wireless.

New Release V-MODA Forza Metallo Earbuds

These earphones were clearly designed for sports enthusiasts. The entire frame is coated in a special nano coating to prevent damage from water or sweat. The earbuds feature sports fins for a super secure fit, as the soft flex hooks nestle themselves in the conch area of your ear. P.S. These V-MODA buds, like that of the earbuds that have come before it, feature customizable handcrafted caps for your own personal touch.

The frame also features smart controls built into the cable and a titanium flex neckband that vibrates when you receive a call. While this build can be perceived as somewhat larger than most would prefer the addition of a flex collar and in-line controller allow room for more hardware, such as a two noise-cancelling microphones for “crystal-clear speech calls, accurate voice assistant recognition, call, assistant and volume controls” as well as a larger battery and subsequently a longer run time than other Bluetooth buds. V-MODA Forza Metallo boasts a run time of 10 hours.

Additional features that seem to put these earphones above the rest, is the ability to pair with up to two devices at once. A 15 minute super charge also juices the V-MODA Fora Metallo for a solid 2 hour run. Qualcomm aptX technology promise CD-like quality with low latency over a 33 feet range.

I’m not sure what these earbuds sound like, but if they’re like anything else released from V–MODA, I’d expect a solid bass response. To note, these earbuds hold 5.8 mm micro high-res neodymium drivers inside a metal chamber and hit a frequency response range between 10 to 22,000 Hertz.

If interested in grabbing a V-MODA Forza Wireless you can get them for $170 at v-moda.com.
