This Swedish headphones company wants you to become an active and collaborative member in their online community. Membership grants you the opportunity to help create a new pair of cans and future products. This includes everything from sound signature to the frame. However, those options will still remain in-line with their minimalist Italian-style aesthetic. In fact, there are 10 variations of the headphone comprised of black, gold, silver, and white combinations with the Marco Alexis emblem on the ear cup. Marco Alexis headphones, as of yet, will feature stainless steel extenders, electro plated ear cups, memory foam ear cushions, and a cable with an in-line mic and controller.

According to the company’s Kickstarter campaign, the headphones will also feature 40mm Neodymium drivers to provide great bass response, balanced mids, and clear treble. But, members will be able to further define the sound signature once voting begins via a companion app.

The company plans to produce three new products each year throughout their platform – emphasizing wireless on-ear and in-ear headphones to be next. The design process will start March 2017 for the on-ear headphones and June 2017 for the in-ear set.
