Grado Releases New GS3000x & GS1000X Wooden Headphones

GS3000x Wooden Grado Headphones with Plants

The Brooklyn headphone manufacturer has returned with the all-new statement series. These wooded headphones implement Grado’s generation X drivers, with the GS3000x slated to be their most powerful design yet inside a metal chamber surrounded by a single body of cocobolo wood. The GS1000x combines mahogany and ipê wood, a special first-time-ever combination. With it, Grado hopes to deliver a warm texture with improved structural integrity while the signal passes through the housing.

The X Drivers bring a completely redesigned speaker and new harmony to the inner workings of the GS3000x and GS1000x. Each one is specifically tuned for the wooden enclosure they’re in. In Grado’s pursuit for the betterment of sonic reproduction.

Along with the superior sound these new drivers produce, the GS3000x and GS1000x also utilize Grado’s improved 12 conductors braided cable and new headbands. Both are hand assembled in Brooklyn, New York.
