I know. It’s the best news you’ve heard all day. You can now use your balanced 4.4mm cable with your favorite DAC. iFi introduces the Pro iDSD 4.4mm. And it’s now available for purchase.

original Pro iDSD with 2.5mm balanced headphone out

This new version of the company’s flagship reference DAC replaces the puny balanced 2.5mm headphone output with a balanced 4.4mm headphone output. The Pro iDSD 4.4mm also provides a slight bump in power (4200mW @ 16ohms, balanced) and an improved circuit design for better sonics and stability.
