New Release RHA CL1, CL750 Earbuds

Ahead of Berlin’s IFA trade show, British audio company RHA launches two new pair of hi-resolution ear buds. Meet RHA CL1 and CL750.

New Release RHA CL1, CL750 Earbuds

The CL1 differentiates itself as a ceramic make containing a transducer that is both dynamic and ceramic. The dual configuration combines the precision CL Dynamic and dedicated high frequency ceramic plate driver for a high resolution experience. The ceramic transducer is designed to resonate with accuracy and detail above 8kHz. The frame is built to sustain wear and tear. The ear buds feature custom MMCX connections for safer storage. The cord is fully flexible and easily shapes into an over-ear hook. For supreme comfort, orders are shipped with a variety of silicone and Comply foam tips.

The headphones reach a frequency response of 16-45,000 Hertz while operating at an impedance of 150 ohms meaning these babies were fashioned to be used with an amp.  The RHA CL1 can be yours at a hefty price of $449.95. It will be available in October and ship with a three-year warranty.

The CL750 is another highbrow make from RHA looking to be available in the Fall. The precision-based in-ear headphones are comprised of stainless steel Aerophonic housings. It uses a wideband CL Dynamic transducer for control and accuracy over an extended frequency range of 16-45,000 Hertz. The Aerophonic housing is designed to keep sound waves strong and in phase from transducer to ear canal.  The transducer features a high flux density voice coil and annular magnet array with a reconfigured diaphragm to provide the best accuracy and control. At 150 ohms, the CL750 also requires an amp.

The cable is braided and made of oxygen-free copper which will keep the wire from tangling as well as ensure great sound delivery. The wire easily bends into an over-ear hook fit. Like the CL1, the CL750 ships with various-sized silicone and Comply foam ear tips. The CL750 will run you about $139.95 and also ship with a three-year warranty.
