This is clearly a think piece based purely on aesthetics. Here are my thoughts on some pretty headphones out there – regardless of the price tag. I know, this is going to be interesting.
Purely Pretty Headphones Ranked
Dolce & Gabanna –Â Napa Leather Rhinestone Crown Headphones
I’m pretty sure the look alone can sell you on these glorious headphones designed by Dolce & Gabanna in collaboration with FRENDS. The Swarovski crystal-covered crown shaped headband is further accented by the just as adorned padded ear cups. For obvious reasons the Napa Leather Rhinestone headphones make the Purely Pretty Headphones list.
P.S. Rihanna posted a pic of these on Instagram and everyone went insane. I’m choosing that as the primary reason these $9000 headphones are currently sold out.
FRENDS Headphones
I know, there are super trendy. I feel like I stumbled upon these not too long ago and suddenly every girl on the subway had a pair. Regardless, the minimal and subtly chic pair of cans are gorgeous. Yes! I’m especially a fan of the rose gold and oil slick combos, but there are a number of other gorgeous options including black with rose gold flakes. FRENDS headphones run for $209.95.
Bang & Olufsen Headphones
I’m a sucker for a good clean design and B&O has got it. The BeoPlay H6 headphones are simply beautiful. The headband is super plush and I love that the brand’s staple “B&O” logo atop a polished spin hair line surface. B&O’s are available in an array of different color combos for $299.
Moshi Avanti Headphones
These babies are modern minimal perfection. I like that Avanti is actually designed by an accessories company so the ear cups are comprised of a soft looking leather that resembles a couch. The beige and burgundy options both look quite polished next to the exposed steel framework. Avanti headphones will set you back $199.95.
Pryma Headphones
If the beautiful belt buckle like design doesn’t get you, maybe Queen Bey will. She wore these headphones in her “Sandcastles” segment from her visual album Lemonade. Aside from that, the headphones are crafted with fine Italian products. Pryma is said to be the only Italian headphone line which makes these even cooler to own if you have a smooth $499 laying around.
