There’s nothing more annoying than tangled headphone cables, but here comes SPARK by Wizyfab – the most useful earbud accessory – to the rescue.

SPARK is an innovative multipurpose cord that takes the wear and strain off of our headphones. It works by securing our headphones by their earbuds within small loops at the end of the smart cord by way of magnetic fastenings.

This position allows the French made piece of technology to act as an organizer – wrapping your headphones neatly in a position where they can be just as neatly unwound when the wearer is ready to use them.

While on the go, SPARK is worn around the neck in a position that will keep the wearer’s headphones from tangling or pulling on the wearer’s ears.

The cord in fact absorbs the tugs and yanks from everyday usage to prevent premature tear.

The commuter-friendly cord is also fashioned for fitness, as Wizyfab’s promo video depicts a street dancer pop-and-locking with his earbuds securely intact.

The cord is also quite smart. Using built-in NFC technology, SPARK user’s can pair their cellphone to queue previous settings, like volume level and preferred playlist, in addition to opening the music player. Wearer’s simply hold their NFC enabled device close to SPARK’s fastenings to launch the predefined set conditions.

SPARK is also more than a wearable. The flexible cord is sturdy enough to fold into a stand for cellphones and tablets – perfect for travel on airplanes and trains.

With 24 days to go in their Kickstarter campaign, Wizyfab has already surpassed their goal of $10,230 with 458 supporters funding $14,386. SPARK will retail for about 16 USD (14 Euros) and up depending on whether you’d like to order NFC capability.

Throughout advertisements the product is shown in red, but there looks to be a future in shades of pink, blue, black, and even fun patterns.

The French-based company will begin to ship the smart cord worldwide in September.
