The tiny piece of tech works to “correct” the audio you are hearing to be better heard by your unique audio profile – like that of Nura, the personalized tuning headphones. First, users connect Aumeo to their headphones and audio source. Then, they head to a quiet place and let the device’s companion app analyze your unique hearing profile. It will remain stored on the device and is ready to use anytime you plug it in.
Aumeo has the ability to be used with Bluetooth headsets as well as computers and streaming devices like Spotify, YouTube, or Netflix. Moreover, it can be used during telephone calls to better hear the person on the other end.
The device features an LED display, volume control, microUSB charging port, as well as a Bluetooth audio module.
Thanks to over 2,500 backers who funded the prototype of this product at 641 percent of its Indiegogo campaign goal, Aumeo is now available in the colors matte black, white, and champagne gold. Unfortunately, the device’s wild popularity means it is out of stock, so interested buyers will need to sign-up for the waitlist for notification of when Aumeo will be back in stock.
