Denon Audio Launches 3 New Headphones

The newest additions to the Denon Audio family are three in-ear and budget-friendly options with special distortion reducing technology.

Denon Audio Launches 3 New Headphones

The first and most expensive make is the AH-C820. It features two double air compression system that should provide powerful bass and clarity across the entire frequency range of 4 to 40,000 Hertz. The 11.5 mm drivers are positioned to deliver a superior sound for the $199 price tag. The drivers are placed with one directly in front of the other which Denon states assists in delivering a stronger low end and decrease distortion. That being said, the headphones are able to reach a frequency response range of 4 Hertz to 40,000 Hertz. The earbuds also feature Comply TX500 foam tips for a comfortable fit. Denon has clearly thought of everything and employed a Radial Cascade Damper system which reduces the amount of noise made by your cable rubbing against your shirt.

Denon Audio AH-C720

The AH-C720 is built like that of the C820, but with a single driver. The die-cast aluminium and resin housing is the same and again designed for rigidity and vibration-damping. Denon’s Acoustic Optimiser technology also makes an appearance in this single-driver model. It completes the same task in equalizing air-pressure in the front of and behind the driver to reduce distortion and provide clearer, more resonant audio. The cable is fibre-mesh covered for durability and fitted with Comply TX400 tips for a sturdy fit with great sound isolation. The AH-C720 will run you about $149.

Denon Audio AH-C620R

The final new make to the Denon family is the AH-C620R. Fashioned as like the C820 and C720, this in-ear monitor is also housed in an aluminum and resin housing to reduce unwanted reverberation. Acoustic Optimiser ports that aid in equalizing air pressure around the front and back of the driver to reduce distortion. These buds use a durable grade cable with an in-line mic and controller and cost $99.

All three models will be made available sometime in September.
