Many voice-activated personal assistants are only found within their company’s products (i.e. Google Assistant on Google Now speakers). Well, Amazon’s Alexa now comes built into Jam Audio’s new portable speaker called Jam Voice.

You can call on Alexa by simply tapping the portable speaker. Since Jam Voice is connected to your phone using WiFi (in your house) or Bluetooth technology (when on the go), you can ask Alexa to make calls for you. She’s also your new weather girl as she’s able to read the forecast aloud. Users can also download the speaker’s companion app to control their music. If you’ve got other portable Jam Audio speakers, Jam voice can has the ability to sync them all for a complete home audio solution. Very cool! In addition, the companion app has the ability to handle streaming services like Spotify, iHeartRadio, and more.

Jam Voice and Alexa will keep your music pumpin’ for up to 4 hours. The battery is, of course, rechargeable. If you are looking for an affordable stocking stuffer for the holidays this may be it! Jam Voice speaker with Alexa is available in black and white for a price of $79.99 via jamaudio.com.
