Yet another contender hoping to meet your bone conduction headphone demands. This is KOAR Bone Conduction Headset.
KOAR Bone Conduction Headset
Working like all other skull-vibrating headphones, KOAR is designed to sit near your outer ear. It uses two vertical nodes attached to the neckband to vibrate sound waves against the inner ear. This results in music being heard inside your head. Those close to you won’t be able to hear it.
KOAR is fashioned as more of a bone conduction headset for fitness buffs, with a frame comprised of lightweight titanium memory metal. This keeps the frame sturdy, yet flexible for a comfortable fit. The entire  neckband is also covered in LiquiPel liquid and sweat repelling technology so users can really bump the iron.
Using Bluetooth 4.1 technology, this headset is able to pair with your smart device. AptX technology promises a clean connection while listening to music and taking calls. That being said, you can expect KOAR to last six hours on one charge. Plug the headset in using an included micro USB cable and you will be fully charged and ready to go in 2 hours.
The advantages of a bone conduction set is the ability to free up your outer ear so you can stay in tune with your environment. However, if you do want that extra bit of isolation, ear plugs are included.
Currently, KOAR retails with a 48 percent discount on Gizmag for the low price of $77. Not bad!
