The new take on the already amazing Focal Clear is built as the company’s first reference headphones designed especially for the professional audio industry. The beautiful model showcases a black exterior with brilliant burgundy-colored earpads.
These open-back headphones are said to benefit from Focal’s latest technological innovations launched with Clear and Utopia. The dynamics, the open-back design, the neutrality and the ability to reveal the slightest details of the audio spectrum make them perfect for producers, sound engineers and musicians looking for total control over their work, regardless of the environment.
My assumption is that these headphones, like the Clear’s that came before them, will include a hard carrying case, 3 low resistance 24 AWG OFC copper cables with cotton braided sheaths:
1 x 1.2m with 3.5mm stereo jack for connection to audiophile portable devices
1 x 3m with 6.35mm stereo jack connector
1 x 3m with XLR 4 pin symmetrical connector
The Clear Professional headphones are expected to be available in February 2018 with an expected price of $1,699.
