Optoma, known for their top tier home theater projectors and portable audio solutions, has a new product on the market and it’s for fitness fiends. Meet Optoma NuForce BE Sport4 Bluetooth earbuds.

The BE Sport4 is specially designed to provide the athletically inclined with a durable earphone. The frame, which Optoma describes as “rock-solid,” is crafted from aluminum and polycarbonate. This material is tough, but lightweight. NuForce BE Sport4 is also water and sweat resistant at an IP rating of IPX5. This means the enclosures are tight enough to lock out water and sweat from damaging the goods on the inside.

The earbud housings are fit with special sport fins that will surely lock the buds in place while the ear tips are flanged which means the buds will be able to sit deeper in your ear canal. This allows users to hear more of their music without turning up the volume to obscene, damaging levels. The cable attached to each ear bud housing is a flat wire which is less prone to tangling and causing premature wear and tear.

When it comes to connectivity, Optoma NuForce BE Sport4 supports a 10-hour battery life. A quick charge feature allows users to gain 2 hours of playtime with just 15 minutes of charging. Along with an in-line remote and microphone, and with the in-line mic and controls users are able to activate Siri or Google Assistant, pick up calls, skip and pause tracks, activate Bluetooth pairing mode and adjust volume.

As for sound, these earbuds are said to “deliver world-class audio performance to satisfy any audiophile.” The drivers are graphene coated to listeners will experience crystal clear highs and explosive bass.” In addition, NuForce BE Sport4 supports AAC and aptX to deliver distortion-free, full-range premium audio with both Apple and Android devices.
