Sennheiser CES 2017 New Releases

Let’s talk about the new Sennheiser HD 4.50BTNC and HD 4.4BT. These are super new wireless headphones exclusively unveiled at CES 2017. These two models are fashioned with  the same frame and build differing by active noise cancellation technology in the HD 4.50 BTNC. Both headphones will offer 25 hours of wireless play. However, when engaging noise cancellation technology, the HD 4.50 will yield about 18 hours. Both support Bluetooth 4.0 and AptX technology so you can enjoy crystal-clear CD-like audio. No word on the release date or price yet.

They also decided to update their Momentum line of in-ears with a wireless model, meet Sennheiser HD 1. This wireless make will feature a halo neckband with extending ear tips. The halo acts as an in-line mic and controller as its built with three three-button remote into it. The HD 1 will provide users with up to 10 hours of wireless playback over Bluetooth 4.1 with AAC and AptX technology. Like the aforementioned, there is no info as of yet on the price or release date.

For those who are into VR and 360 degree video capture, “Sennheiser CES 2017 New Releases” has got something a little special for you. Meet Sennheiser Ambeo Smart Surround Headphones, designed to capture and replicate sound in a more realistic form through binaural audio. The Ambeo Smart Surround headphones will capture audio through two in-ear microphones. As described by Engadget, this method will “capture the subtle differences in… sounds as they reach both ears. The 3D audio files can then be played back through an app on a smartphone.” Basically, this makes capturing and recording the audio super simple. Just like those before it, we have no details on the price or release date. But we will of course keep the “Sennheiser CES 2017 New Releases” article updated.
