Yep, that’s right. There’s a new gamer gadget in town and its coming at you from Sennheiser. Meet Sennheiser PC 373D.

New Release: Sennheiser PC 373D Gaming Headset

As a little tweak to Sennheiser’s PC 363D comes the PC 373D with upgrades to the sound, software, and frame.

Sennheiser products are already known for their stellar sound. Now, their newest addition to gaming headsets will feature that plus an elevated audio experience. They do so by employing Dolby Surround Sound technology that actually uses the shape of your ears to simulate the projection of sounds from different angles, creating a stunning 7.1 experience with a two speaker system. Moreover, the system features a sleek and intuitive new Surround Dongle, designed to optimize the sound experience at a single click of its Dolby button.

As Sennheiser’s Product Manager Troels Rasmussen said, “The all-new software incorporated into the headset’s Surround Dongle immediately allows the gamer to both customize the sound to his needs and quickly switch between stereo and surround sound.”

The ability to tailor your sound is taken one step further with intuitive interface tailors which tailor the experience to each gamer, their game, or their surroundings. The equalizer offers four different settings which include optimized modes for competitive and immersive gaming, an eSports mode, and an “Off” setting that allows for a neutral sound performance. The PC 373D is still a headphone so it also features a music mode for a premium audio experience.

The headset features a padded headband while the ear cups are fashioned with velvet ear pads for long gaming sessions. The exterior of the ear cups are open-back to help keep the ears cool as well. The right ear cups houses a volume controller and flipping the microphone seamlessly mutes the mic.

The PC 373D is available now at the recommended retail price of $275. The Sennheiser PC 373D comes with a two-year worldwide warranty.
