Move over Hesh 2 wireless, there is a new hands-free headset in town – the Skullcandy Grind Wireless Bluetooth headphone.
Skullcandy Grind Wireless Bluetooth Headphone
The Skullcandy Grind Wireless Bluetooth headphone is a cable free option to their Grind headphones. The headphone company known for being at the intersection of sport, music, youth culture, art, film and fashion promise that this iteration of a wireless headphone will continue to push the conventions of an affordable, stylish, and durable Bluetooth set.
“Our wireless product innovations were well-received in 2015. In its price band, Hesh® 2 Wireless was 2015’s #1-selling over-the-ear headphone[1],” said Sam Paschel, Skullcandy Chief Commercial Officer. “Grind™ Wireless will continue our mission to launch headphone styles that change consumers’ expectations of Bluetooth® products’ aesthetics and acoustic performance.”
The Skullcandy Grind Wireless Bluetooth headphone is a cheaper on-ear alternative to the Hesh 2’s. The Utah-based audio company promises a better Bluetooth experience and a supreme listening experience in a chassis that is built to last. An integrated amplifier component provides a higher power rating with less distortion and high-end drivers enable greater dynamic range.
Comfort wise, the Skullcandy Grind Wireless Bluetooth headphones should provide long-wearing comfort – since the battery is said to last for 12 hours. The headphone consists of a solid metal headband and plush on-ear pillows. Similar to the Hesh 2’s, the Skullcandy Grind Wireless Bluetooth headphone uses three buttons on the side of the ear cup for easy built-in controls. Music lovers will be able to play and pause music, answer and end calls, skip tracks and adjust volume with just three buttons. The headphone can also be used as a wired set when battery is low.
The Skullcandy Grind Wireless Bluetooth headphone is currently on pre-sale at $89.99 and will be available at select retailers on April 17 in seven different colors and designs.
