Effect Audio is finally releasing its new flagship cable, the Centurion. With it, they seek to mark a new generation that aims for greater heights. Centurion employs the industry’s first gold-plated silver-gold alloy in its design, using only the highest grade UP-OCC material. Utilizing only the highest grade UP-OCC, in turn, translates to its resolution. This time, we set an 8-wire design as standard to ensure the dynamics and soundstage which places the Centurion on the highest pedestal there is.

Centurion consists of an 8-wire design. A hint of gold radiates from the wires, subtly expressing the exquisite material used for its construction. The connectors all consist of titanium alloy shells on the outer layer and aluminum alloy within. For the top-end connectors, EA’s ConX interchangeable connector system is now the standard option.
The titanium splitter featuring the iconic Roman helmet doubles as a slider. When shifted upwards, it reveals the separate individual wires beneath before they are rewired to the upper braids of the cable. As a flagship of the highest echelon, the attachments are treated with sandblasting, polishing processes as you will only find among top-end collectible watches.
Centurion will also feature a Black Gold Edition, with only 100 that will be manufactured, available exclusively to Effect Audio owners of either the Horus, Code 51, Caliburn, or Mars Series. As the materials used in the Centurion are highly intricate to ensure precision and perfection with every touch, only pre-orders will be available.
