For those of you over the whole Lightning jack situation (myself-included) the new iPhone SE 2 is rumored to display the classic audio jack on it’s small frame, photos suggest.

iPhone SE 2 Will Have Audio Jack, Rumors Suggest

It’s been rumored for quite some time that Apple would release another generation of the iPhone SE to users who are fans of the mobile phone with a super small display. Leaked photos posted by 9to5Mac suggest the new iteration of the SE with a glass back and a headphone jack. Woohoo!

The previous release made good on the initial model with improvisations to the specs. This  tiny phone with a 4-inch screen is rumored to possess wireless charging capabilities due to its glass back in addition to the beloved headphone jack.

However, please take heed. These photos were released via Chinese social media so ya know… be wary. 9to5Mac is sure to highlight that these presumed prototype pics are consistent with iPhones officially released by Apple: “the rear markings reflect the latest generation of US iPhones, which only feature the word ‘iPhone’ and lack regulatory FCC logos.” All-in-all, it appears that this phone is very similar to the iPhone SE before it, with a touch ID sensor and similar display.

Rumors are suggesting the iPhone SE 2 will be released in June at Apple’s highly anticipated Worldwide Developers Conference.

Apple removed the audio jack in 2016 with the release of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus back in 2016 and many are still reeling from it. Well, the good news is, if these claims are factual, the cheaper and much smaller iPhone SE 2 may be the answer to your headphone jack woes.
