MEE Audio X5 aims to provide travelers with an affordable, portable, and wireless solution to all their music-listening woes. The Bluetooth headset is fashioned with a simple sports hook for locking each ear piece securely in your ear, blocking out noise from outside. The cable connecting both earbud housings is equipped with an in-line remote and mic for making calls and controlling your music. You’ll be able to do so for up to 6.5 to 7 hours while taking about 2 hours to fully rejuice when charging. Not bad for a $34.99 earphone. For those interested in the specs, MEE Audio X5 holds 10 mm drivers and reaches a frequency response between 20-20,000 Hertz.
As for MEE Audio X6, this headphone has a few minor tweaks for an active lifestyle. The This wireless option hooks over-the-ear for a fit that can withstand jogging, running, and other exercises. The earbud housings appear a bit larger than that of the X5. Rather than sitting inside your ear canal, this earphone uses its entire housing to nestle inside the conch of your ear and further stabilize itself. It is also water and sweat resistant. Like the X5 it supports a 7 hour battery life and includes an in-line remote and mic for control over the smart device. As for the specs, this earphone also holds 10mm drivers and reaches a frequency response range of 20-20,000 Hertz. This sports model runs for $39.99. What steal!
Both are said to deliver high-quality sound. If these models are anything like MEE’s previous models, I’d say they are expected to impress.
