WAVe Headphone Case Charges Your Battery On The Go

What a brilliant idea to an all too common problem – dying batteries in our smart devices. The WAVe headphone case by Polar Pro juices your cans while you’re on the go.

WAVe Headphone Case Charges Your Battery On The Go

First, you should note there are two different case options available based on the shape and size of your headphones. Contoured appear to be designed for collapsible cans while the universal make is for those that can only lay flat. WAVe Contour for sure fits Beats Solo, Solo2, Solo3, and Solo Wireless while the WAVe Universal definitely fits Bose QC 25, 35, and SoundLink. If you don’t own any of these headphones note that the contoured case measures 6.3in x 4.75in x 3in and the universal measures 5.75in x 7.25in x 3in.

Now, I bet you’re wondering how it all works. Well, the case basically features a power bank built inside. The Lithium ion battery is a 3000 mAh that requires 2.5 hours to charge itself. When it comes to charging the headphones, a quick charge of 20 minutes is said to provide about 90 percent of juice while 30 minutes should be a full one-hunnid *insert 100 emoji here* percent.

The WAVe headphone case is able to do this via USB. This allows you to charge your micro USB or Lightning based devices as well. When shipping, the case will include a micro USB cable in which to charge it.

If interested in getting a pair, head over to Kickstarter. A pledge of $29 scores you a WAVe headphone case before these babies hit the market for $45.
