Wireless Bluetooth buds can boast a hefty price tag, but WING earphones are here to give you a wire-free experience without breaking the bank.
WING: Affordable Wireless Earphones
Coming to you from Dutch industrial engineers, WING is equipped with all the features of it’s more expensive cable-free friends, but with a much more affordable price tag. The earbuds are built with a water-resistant exterior at an IPX grade of 4. The neckband connecting the earbuds possess an in-line mic and controller. The remote gives users the ability to easily navigate their playlist, adjust the volume, and take calls. Apt-X technology paired with Bluetooth 4.1 promises CD-grade audio quality even when the paired smart device is up to 33 feet away.
Soft, adjustable ear hooks contour and secure themselves to the wearer’s ears. Hopefully, this can get the keep them from falling out while you pump some iron. The wireless buds include additional spare tips to help establish a better fit.
When it comes to life span, WING can provide up to 8 hours of continuous use off of one charge which takes about 2 hours to achieve. Sound-wise, WING earphones promise premium sound quality thanks to high-efficiency dynamic drivers. The hardware should deliver excellent wide and deep bass with treble and clear treble and excellent passive sound isolation.
WING is currently available via Indiegogo for $59 plus shipping – a discounted rate compared to the MSRP of $69. The Netherlands-based company has also created an accompanying armband for fitness buffs to safely store their music player while working out. This armband and earphones are available in a bundle set at a cost of $69 – which would normally cost $97. Not bad! These items ship worldwide in August.
