It took long enough, but the answer to every iPhone 7 user’s prayers are here. Apple has finally launched a Lightning cable that allows one to both charge their device and listen to music. Meet Belkin 3.5mm Audio Charge Rockstar – not to be confused with Lightning Audio Charge Rockstar. The latter consists of two USB charging ports rather than 1 USB charging port and a 3.5mm aux port.

The new Lightning cable is a bit bulky, but looks to get the job done. According to Apple, the dual charging unit is comprised of a 12W pass-through that charges your iOS devices at maximum speed. The 3.5mm Audio Charge RockStar supports any audio jack using the 3.5mm connector with up to 48 kHz, 24-bit audio output for clear conversations and flawless music playback.
The unit is $34.95 and includes a 2-year limited warranty.
